Apple "Bagels" with Peanut Butter and Honey
Gluten/Wheat Free, Kid Friendly, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian
Packed for Lunch:
- Apple "Bagels" with Peanut Butter and Honey
Core the apple with an apple corer. Slice apple into rounds (so cored hole is in the center and looks like a bagel). Mix peanut butter with a little honey. If too thick add a tad bit of water. Gently spread peanut butter mixture onto an apple slice, add another slice on top to make a sandwich. - Veggies (Carrot sticks and Sugar Snap Peas)
- Drink
- Optional: If you are worried your kid will not be full enough, toss in some gluten free pretzels.
